this doesn’t include the steps to build the psf files. as i mentioned before, those are crucial, too.
you cannot just edit a few atom types to make warnings go away and expect this to work. for chamm22 you need to build the psf with the corresponding topology files (you are only referring to versions 36 and 32, not 22 and only mention parameter files).
