Hello to all! I am currently working in Lammps. I have been facing an issue when using the Wigner-seitz modifier and the Cluster modifier to analyze the defect clusters distribution. visualising interstitials and vacancies separately in OVITO. Similarly how to visualize the vacancy and interstitial clusters separately. Do we need any python script ?
This sounds much more like an OVITO question than a LAMMPS question. Please either recategorize or explain what LAMMPS specific information you are looking for.
