I tried a couple of times from the Sourceforge, but I could not remove it.
you have to use the web interface to manage your subscription throughout.
subscription management via reply to emails is disabled to limit
abuse, but it should work, when you click on the embedded links.
if you still have problems, please give us a detailed description of
all the steps you performed, so we can check it out. the last time
this topic came up, it has definitely worked.
