replicate command and lost atom

Hi
I use replicate command for extending my structure.
the original structure is stable, but when I use the replicated structure it gave me the "Lost atoms"
the potential is "pair_style hybrid/overly lj/cut 12 coul/wolf 0.25 12.0"

then I used pair_style soft after replicating, everything was OK, but when I replace the soft potential with the "pair_style hybrid/overly lj/cut 12 coul/wolf 0.25 12.0" I got the "lost atom" again

any suggestion for solving this?

It is unlikely the replicate command that is the problem, but something else that is masked by a finite size effect in the smaller system. Impossible to say more without knowing more. Axel.
