While reviewing previous discussions, I noticed that there was an issue with the rerun command in LAMMPS24Mar2022. I am curious to know if this issue was resolved in LAMMPS 23 June 2022.
I attempted to use the rerun command with this version, but it does not seem to be working.

How should anybody know?
You neither provide a link to the discussion you are referring to, nor do you explain and demonstrate what your specific problem is.
The rerun command is supposed to be functioning exactly as documented in the documentation that matches its version.
To have the best possible version with as many known bugs fixed as possible we always recommend using the latest feature or latest stable version.
Update:
You can follow the development and what (major) changes were made by looking at the release notes either on GitHub or on the LAMMPS website.
