Restarting maps with new crange

Dear Axel,

if at some point one notices that the initially specified concentration range probably exceeds the stability range of the parent lattice is it unproblematic to just modify crange.in, kill the mmaps process and restart mmaps again?
I have the concern, that whenever I kill mmaps the population of structures in memory will be deleted and mmaps will have to start all over again with the structure generation and will lead to significant delays of the cluster expansion construction.

It should not cause problems, other than waiting longer…

You can use the -g=… option to speed up the process of recreating the internal database. but it’s not perfect and can still take time (Sorry!)
