Just a quick note that we posted the second bugfix update to the 2 August 2023 stable release.

Apart from the bug fixes there are some updates to avoid problems with newer software, e.g. OpenMPI 5.x or Python 3.12 and later. There also are a bunch of fixes for LAMMPS-GUI, but it is stuck at version 1.2 since newer versions require features from the development branch. Thus it is generally recommended for GUI users to use the 23 November 2023 release instead which contains LAMMPS-GUI v1.5.
Downloads will be updated as the corresponding scripts are completed.
