Hi! I’m trying to create an account using an external email address (.edu) but every time I click the link (as soon as it populates in my inbox) I get a “session has expired” message. How can this be rectified?
Hi @igreyser can you try one of the other sign-in options? If your university’s email is provided through gmail or outlook, you can use those options to sign in instead
