Dear community,
I am currently working on gas adsorption inside a 2D porous material (COF).
My simulation cells are triclinic and it works for most analysis without having to transform the particles or the simulation cell. However, one of my materials has a skew/slide between layers, which makes it very hard to visualize the pore longitudinaly.
The first and second uploaded figure you can see the Spatial Binning in the YZ (“side” view) and XY (“top” view) plane, where you can observe the mentioned skew.
On the third image you can see the pore longitudinally (objective), with a rotated view.
I already spent some time trying to rotate the particles and/or the simulation cell, always without success.
As this is purely for analysis and visualization purposes, i would like to know if it is possible to use a custom plane in Spatial Binning.
Thanks in advance,
Márcio
