The way to go about this is usually that you first look into the available databases for interatomic potentials. If you cannot find anything suitable, then you should search the published literature
and adapt one of the potential files in the LAMMPS distribution with the published parameters.
If that fails, too, you can consider using a different pair style and the procedure starts anew.
