How can a simulation box be stretched just from an one side?
Because with this command:
fix 2 all deform 1 x erate ${srate1} units box remap x
simulation box be longed In the direction of X on both sides!

fix deform has many options. they are all explained in the documentation.
please help yourself by studying it, which you should be doing *before*
writing an e-mail to the list.
