I forgot to tell you that I’m new in Lammps, so I don’t know many things. I’m trying to discover it now.
Yesterday I found a better idea to cut the nanowire. I just created the nanowire from the beginning with the dimensiones for the others nanowires I wanted to create after cutting.
One day, when I’ll have time, I will also try delete_atoms.
