suggested change (possible bug?) in improper_hybrid.cpp

I noticed a tiny discrepancy between improper_hybrid.cpp and
dihedral_hybrid.cpp near line 79. I'm not certain that this change is
necessary or beneficial, but lammps certainly seems to work fine
afterwards. I attached the slightly modified version. Feel free to
ignore.

Correction.

Don't use this version of "improper_hybrid.cpp". It is lacking the
bug-fix included with the the other version of "improper_hybrid.cpp"
which I attached to my other post (titled "many moltemplate/OPLSAA
examples effected by LAMMPS crash"). Please use that version instead.
