It means when I solve for the system and get an equilibration in terms of temperature and energy, I had some calculations like thermal conductivity and shear viscosity using Green-Kubo but the results are nonphysical and alo inconsistent with respect to the previous water results and experiments. Sorry for the lack of explanation and thank you for your response.
