When I use the tool of mis2lmp to transfer the **car&**mdf,which are exported from MS , I get the result :
Forcefield: Class I
Forcefield file name: E:\Lammps\LAMMPS 64-bit 20141105\frc_files\cvff.frc
Output is recentered around geometrical center
Output contains style flag hints
System translated by: 0 0 0
Reading car file: aa.car
Reading mdf file: aa.mdf
Names PBC from .car file and O1 from .mdf file do not match
counter = 0

How can I alter my model in MS? Thanks!
a) that is an MS question, not a LAMMPS question. this is not a forum for MS.
b) without providing an easy way to reproduce the msi2lmp failure and
providing some proof that msi2lmp is at fault, there is nothing to do.
