thermal conductivity of single graphene

Dear all

I want to calculate the thermal conductivity of one layer single graphene, 50nm length, with Muller-Plathe method. The followings is my codes. The thickness is 0.335nm. Could anyone help me to check what is wrong with my codes? Thank you.

my result is 1/2*heat_flux / dT_dz/area=286.8305W/(mk)

the paper’s value is 532W/(mk)

please tell us how you determine the "thickness" a single layer of atoms.

which paper? are you comparing to an experimental or simulation paper?
