Thermodynamic parameters have weird spikes

Hello,
I am trying to run a simulation and I am using logging thermodynamic parameters as the simulation evolves.
However, for some reasons, some parameters occasionally get weird spikes where the value is logged as zero.
For example:

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

This is known to happen with the LAMMPS-GUI. Nothing to be worried about.

This should not happen with very recent versions.

Thank you and thanks to Simon for the quick answer.
I am using version 1.6.12 using Qt version 5.15.14. from 2nd April 2025. As far as I can see, that is the latest release Windows release. Which version do you recommend to avoid such errors?
