Thermoelectric properties for semi-metals

Hi @alex,
Please let me know whether we can use AMSET for calculating the thermoelectric properties of a semi-metal in which VBM and CBM are touching and thus the band gap is zero ?

Hi @Bhawna, unfortunately, AMSET has not been designed for use with semi-metals or metals.
