I want to use TIP4P/ICE models for water in my system.This is a rigid model and Considered fix OH distance and HOH angle.
should I use fix rigid command Instead bond_style command?
People typically use SHAKE, rather than the rigid integrator. See this section of the manual for details: http://lammps.sandia.gov/doc/Section_howto.html#howto_8
Obviously, you'll need to change the parameters to suit TIP4P/ICE.
