Dear lammps users,
I want to calculate the total force between two groups of atoms after using addforce for one of them. I know that compute group/group can calculate the force between two groups, but i don’t know after using addforce how can i calculate the total force between those two groups. should i use compute group/group again?
any suggestion?

since fix addforce is not a pairwise force, but a per-atom contribution,
the question of how it affects the force between groups is a simple
exercise of little bit of vector algebra.
