Please, I am new with LAMMPS and would not mind getting a training on the use of LAMMPS to simulate the reverse osmosis system for water desalination.

If you are new to MD in general you probably should find someone that can teach you the basics on MD before you get started. If you are new to LAMMPS but not MD then perhaps the examples in the examples directory will be helpful.
For specifically modelling what you mention, it makes the most sense to read the corresponding literature to see what people in the field typically do, and then implement that in LAMMPS.
And see the tutorials web page, which has links to slides for several
training courses that have been taught in the past.
