I would like to inquire whether https://openkim.org/ is currently operating normally. I am unable to access the website from my region and consistently receive a 503 error code.
If the site is under maintenance, how long is it expected to last?

It was likely a temporary overload due to bots. Try now, it appears to be working OK for me.
EDIT:
I just learned that, at this time, OpenKIM is best accessed using browser extension that allows you to switch the Accept-Language header being sent by your browser to English only.

Thank you for your suggestion! I just tested it and found that when the browser’s default language is Simplified Chinese, OpenKIM is indeed inaccessible; after switching to English, it works fine. Thank you for your help!
