Thank you for reading this. I am trying to get new API Key, and want to discard my legacy API. How can I do that? I’ve tried generating new API from the dashboard menu but it is not generating new API key.

I see. That’s actually not related to the issue I mentioned. You can find your new API key at https://materialsproject.org/api or https://materialsproject.org/dashboard once you’re logged in. Note that all legacy services will be retired in September.

There’s no need to “get a new API key” by pushing the button on your dashboard. Simply copy the one displayed. HTH
