I am doing a simulation of magnetite to find the value of specific heat capacity by using metal units.
according to lammps user manual, the unit of energy is eV.
I want to convert eV to joule/gram
I am doing simulation for 3024 particles, the molecular weight of magnetite is 231.533gram/mol.
the enthalpy value at 300 kelvin I am getting is -40733.1eV and the value of specific heat capacity at 300K is 0.83 eV/k.
can anyone help me in converting the values from eV to joule/gram.
