Dear lammps users,
i found the following format working for pair_style hybrid
pair_style hybrid eam/fs table
pair_coeff * * eam/fs elements11-12-22.eamfs X Y NULL
pair_coeff 1 3 table elements13.pot 5.0
pair_coeff 2 3 table elements23.pot 4.0
pair_coeff 3 3 table elements33.pot 3.0
eam/fs contains the binary potential i.e. 2 element potential having the data of xx, yy and xy interaction. In the 1st pair_coeff line the 3rd element is kept NULL since it is not present in the eamfs file.
the third element z and its interaction zz, zx and zy are supplied in table format. if u use the table format potential file u need to set the mass of the element explicitly
using command “set”
