Dear all
I want to model the surfaces of an embeded body as walls by using “fix wall region command”. So suppose the embeded body have a cylidrical whole and the fluid has to flow throgh its whole. as mentioned in DOC page a sharp corner wall could cause the atoms to feel a very large force and the atoms will lost.
How can i model such geometry without lost atom problem? any idea? (i want to use wall model not to use real molecules as walls)
