We are happy to announce the release of version 1.3.1 of the KIM API.
This release includes the following changes:

Fixes to make system to avoid undefined `directoryPATH()’ symbol with
INTEL compilers and CYGWIN systems -
Added notes to INSTALL for gun 4.4 and CYGWIN systems

Fixes to make system to work with gnu make 3.81 (avoid segmentation
faults)

These are all bug fixes associated with the make system.
The distribution includes the API code, examples of simulation codes
(Tests) and interatomic models (Models) and documentation.
