We are happy to announce the release of icet 4.0 (Tahitian Honey Bee), which contains several major improvements. Crucially several parts of the code have been sped up a lot, including Monte Carlo simulations, structure enumeration, and observers, while others have been substantially improved, including structure mapping and convex hull construction. The speed-up is particularly noticeable for components with many components as illustrated by the figure below. You can read a more detailed account of the changes in the release notes.
