Values of sigma and epsilon in L/J

Respected Lammps users, I want to ask about the pair_coefficient values in the pair_style lennard jones potential what these values refers to. Are these sigma and epsilon??

pair_coeff 1 2 lj/cut 0.01 2 ; are the epsilon and sigma?”“”
