I use windows version of lammps that exist in ’ lammps.sandia.gov
,this is “12 Apr 2013” and " 14 jun 2014" ,
and I should compare my data with data that simulated with ubuntu
version " 28 Jun 2014 " ,
from the same inpute I gave different output , please guide me to find
lammps windows version that exact compatible with ubuntu version "28 jun 2014 "

you *definitely* have to talk to your adviser or somebody that can
teach you more about MD and its properties. please don't abuse this
mailing list for these purposes. it will alienate people and lead to a
lot of frustration on your side. it is in general a bad idea to use a
method without even being familiar with its very basic properties.

such a version that you are looking for doesn't exist, because they
*have* to be compiled with different compilers. even your ubuntu
version is not going to give _exactly_ identical numbers as soon as
you change the number of processors or use OpenMP or GPU acceleration.

this is a fundamental property of coupled partial differential
equations, also known as lyapunov instability and more popularly as
"butterfly effect".

that usually doesn't mean that such diverging trajectories are
incorrect (assuming that your simulations were correct at all in the
first place and that you ran exact identical inputs).
