My operating system is Linux 11.10 64 bits, the’m trying to compile the VMD visualization package. When compiling all goes well, but when I run the file appears vmd_LINUX is not in the directory, but a check in the directory path if the executable file. I do not know if I do not recognize or use another configuration option.
