this is a question that doesn't belong on this mailing list for two reasons:

1) it is a question about VMD (or rather a VMD plugin). this is a
mailing list about LAMMPS.
2) is is a question that is answered by the respective documentation
of that plugin. if you have difficulties understanding the
documentation, you will have to state exactly what and where.
...and, again, that would be a question that belongs to the VMD
mailing list.
