WARNING: One or more atoms are time integrated more than once

Dear All users,

I want to perform an NVT ensemble in my system including CO2+water. I have defined rigid/nvt

group for CO2 group. When I use fix nvt for all groups in my simulation box I get this warning:

WARNING: One or more atoms are time integrated more than once

Is it a serious warning? or using fix/nvt for all groups is fine and there is no problem.

*all* warnings are serious. unless you know *exactly* what they stand
for and why you can ignore them in a specific case.

or using fix/nvt for all groups is fine and there is no problem.

a simple search through the mailing list archive should have led you
to several comprehensive discussions of the subject. so would a little
bit of thinking.

Dear Axel,

Thank you very much for your reply.
