water couette flow

Dear all

I am student and a freshman for using Lammps.

As the first step, I have read the manual and tried to simulated

2D-Couette flow using the input script of lammps.

Following is the original input script for 2D-Couette flow given in lammps*/example/flow sub-directory.

My question is:

I want to replace water molecule between 2 walls.

I don´t know how I can do it.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

There is plenty of tutorial material available as well, but you have to learn how to teach yourself a complex skill in stages.
