I use packmol for modeling and use VMD to convert to a data file, but the angle information is missing in the file. How should I remedy it? Or is there something I did wrong that caused this error?

use command topo guessangles for finding angles topo guessdihedrals for dihedrals and so on (in vmd) . then you can generate data file consist of them.
