What's the definition of EA/IE in JCESR database?

Hi, I have to ask this question since there is no direct reference for the JCESR database. Are EA=E(X-)-E(X) and IE=E(X+)-E(X)?

Thank you very much, tsmathis. However, I still feel puzzled, since the definitions in 10.1016/j.electacta.2010.01.091 are different from those in 10.1016/j.commatsci.2015.02.050. The former ones are from electronic energies, while the later ones are from free energies.
