Why does LAMMPS randomly move a single coordinate along the x axis?

Why did lammps randomly move atom 90’s x coordinate in timesetp 0? Everything else is working just fine, but this specifically has gone wonky.

I am very certain that LAMMPS is behaving exactly as the documentation says it does.
