write_dump with "cfg" format

Guys,

I just noticed that write_dump did not work with dump cfg as cfg style required “multifile” to be non-zero, and it could not be changed by write_dump. So I modified dump cfg and write_dump the same way as it is done for dump image; these little changes are attached.

thanks. i've integrated it into LAMMPS-ICMS and will forward it to
steve at the next occasion, if he doesn't include the patch himself.
