I have been going through the atomate/fireworks tutorials and have managed to things installed. I had a quick questions. I tried two or three workflows successfully including the Raman workflow. In the end, the Raman tensor has been stored in my Mongodb. I was curious if there were any tools for plotting the results. I should also note that the documentation for the workflow presets seems to be inactive (the links don’t work for the preset API) so it is hard to read more about the details of some of the presets to know if there are any associated analytical tools. I did notice the Nature Data paper on presumably the same workflow, but it provided no details that I could see of how to plot the results and was essentially a bird’s eye view of the process. Does anyone out there know of if more analytical scripts exist to process workflow results?
